YOUR ROLE
Partner schools help the network work by joining shared events thoughtfully, preparing students, and sharing future speaker opportunities when possible.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE AN INVITATION
1. Check the topic, age fit, event time, and available seats.
2. Choose one adult contact for your group.
3. Register only students who are likely to attend.
4. Share the speaker bio, event topic, and participation rules in advance.

EVENT-DAY EXPECTATIONS
[ ] Join from a quiet room with a recognizable school display name
[ ] Arrive a few minutes early
[ ] Keep cameras and microphones aligned with the host’s instructions
[ ] Submit questions through the host’s chosen method
[ ] Do not record or redistribute the event without permission

AFTERWARD
[ ] Confirm attendance
[ ] Ask students for brief, honest feedback
[ ] Send useful feedback to BisBridge
[ ] Share an upcoming event when your school has one that fits the network
